Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable goods

How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the package back to us using the provided return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
